Background:
Viddsee is a next-generation entertainment studio and platform that creates stories connecting brands and audiences across Asia.
The Art Director will be responsible for work produced on behalf of our clients, as well as any work created for Viddsee. You are required to help to conceptualise, produce and implement creative and content that solve both the clients and Viddsee's briefs. You are also expected to maintain our company's standards of creative excellence.
You will report directly to our Chief Content Officer and work closely with different internal teams within Viddsee to support and create assets for a wide range of campaigns and projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct and help conceptualise creative ideas that meets our clients objectives
- Participate in pitches and presentations to client.
- Demonstrate a sharp understanding of project briefs and industry trends & insights to drive discussions with teams and craft exceptional pitch decks.
- Work closely with the Client management, Senior Creative Copy Lead, Marketing and Social team, Production team to deliver remarkable and innovative ideas.
- Stay ahead of global cultural trends and industry updates, and proactively develop timely ideas for real-time content.

Experience and Attributes:
- 4-6 or more years working as a Creative (Art) in the agency setting in the Marketing/Advertising industry.
- Deep understanding of branding, visual attributes, typography, composition, color, layout, design thinking, and content strategy.
- Skilled in adopting generative AI workflows while ensuring consistent, high-quality visual storytelling.
- An eye for concepts and cohesive visuals across fields like video, micro-drama, photography, illustration, and Design.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and management skills with a proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Persuasive and articulate in presentation, inspiring confidence and trust within the Internal team and with Clients.
- A team player who nurtures an inspiring and collaborative environment.
- Skilled and proficient with Generative AI tools like Midjourney and Creative tools - such as, but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Firefly/Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Knowledge of video editing tools is preferred
- Great understanding of Social Media Platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
