Job Summary
Oversee the daily operations across multiple sushi kiosks, ensuring consistent adherence to operational procedures and company standards.
Lead, support, and develop kiosk managers and team members through effective training, performance reviews, and ongoing mentorship.
Ensure compliance with food preparation, presentation, and food safety standards, with a strong emphasis on sushi-specific practices.
Monitor inventory levels across all sites, ensuring efficient stock management, proper storage, and timely ordering to minimize waste and avoid shortages.
Analyze operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement implement action plans to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Foster strong communication and collaboration between locations and team members to maintain a positive work environment and deliver consistent service excellence.
Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and quality control procedures.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in food service or hospitality, with a background in sushi preparation and presentation considered a strong advantage.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams or locations, with proven leadership and staff development skills.
Solid understanding of sushi techniques, ingredient handling, and visual presentation standards.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain morale and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Food Hygiene Certification
