Job Summary

  • Oversee the daily operations across multiple sushi kiosks, ensuring consistent adherence to operational procedures and company standards.

  • Lead, support, and develop kiosk managers and team members through effective training, performance reviews, and ongoing mentorship.

  • Ensure compliance with food preparation, presentation, and food safety standards, with a strong emphasis on sushi-specific practices.

  • Monitor inventory levels across all sites, ensuring efficient stock management, proper storage, and timely ordering to minimize waste and avoid shortages.

  • Analyze operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement implement action plans to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Foster strong communication and collaboration between locations and team members to maintain a positive work environment and deliver consistent service excellence.

  • Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and quality control procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in food service or hospitality, with a background in sushi preparation and presentation considered a strong advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams or locations, with proven leadership and staff development skills.

  • Solid understanding of sushi techniques, ingredient handling, and visual presentation standards.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain morale and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Valid Food Hygiene Certification
