Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for a BTO Architecture Coordinator. The BTO Architecture Coordinator will oversee and coordinate architectural drawings and construction documents, manage submittals, and ensure the consistency and accuracy of Building Information Modeling (BIM). The role requires close collaboration with project teams to ensure architectural standards are met and integrated into construction processes.
Qualifications
- Skills in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
- Experience with Construction Drawings and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Proficiency in managing Submittals and ensuring document accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently on-site and coordinate with multiple teams
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred
