Role Description

This is a full-time role for a HDB BTO Quantity Surveyor located in Singapore. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including cost control, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), managing and planning project costs, and conducting cost reporting. The role requires active involvement in both pre-contract and post-contract stages to ensure effective cost management throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
• BOQ preparation and related documentation skills
• Experience in Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry, particularly with HDB BTO projects, is a plus
