ARCHITECTURAL SUPERVISOR

Responsiblities:

- Managing costs on a wide variety of a new building projects and structures, corporate office etc

- Project progress report/schedule/permit to work

- Source for Suppliers

- Assist in establishing clients requirement and undertaking feasibility studies

- Performing risk and value management

- Identifying, analyzing and developing respones to commericial risks

- Maintaining awerness of the different building contracts in current use

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higer/Graduate Diploma

- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (To assist in establishing English and Mandarin speaking clients requirement and undertaking feasibility studies)

- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
