Responsibilities
- Manage design development to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and project specifications
- Execute tender procurement processes to secure qualified contractors and suppliers
- Supervise on-site construction activities to maintain quality, safety, and schedule adherence
- Coordinate with architects and consultants to plan, report, and implement project milestones effectively
- Procure statutory compliance for Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) to meet regulatory standards
- Monitor defect rectification and oversee final certification to ensure project handover quality
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a degree in Architectural, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, or Quantity Surveying recognized by relevant professional bodies or BCA
- Possess a minimum of seven (7) years of practical experience in Project Management Services (intermediate level)
- Demonstrate familiarity with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Work
- Have attended and passed the Construction Safety Course for Project Managers conducted by Ministry of Manpower-approved agencies
