Our client is one of the A1 Main Con. They're on a look out for a Architectural Project Manager to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development.
about the job
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to manage technical requirements and ensure smooth execution
- Plan trade schedules and integrate architectural works with structural and M&E details
- Oversee daily on-site activities, manage subcontractors, and monitor progress against the project schedule
- Manage the timely submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure works comply with approved designs, specifications, EHS standards, and government regulations
skills & experience required
- Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering
- Min 10 years work project experience in design & build projects
- Good knowledge of architectural specifications, Architectural & MEP coordination works and requirements
- Oversee architectural and interior design execution, ensuring alignment with approved specifications and coordination models (CCSM and RCP) across all contractor interfaces
