Liaise closely with clients, consultants, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure all architectural and technical requirements are properly coordinated and followed up.
Plan trade schedules and coordinate architectural works, finishes, and interfaces with structural and M&E details.
Ensure timely submission of architectural drawings, material samples, method statements, and related documents in accordance with the project schedule.
Plan and coordinate on‑site activities, working closely with subcontractors and supervisors to ensure smooth execution of architectural works.
Conduct routine inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
Track and monitor work progress against the targeted schedule to ensure timely and smooth project delivery.
Ensure all works comply with specified requirements, EHS standards, quality expectations, government regulations, and maintainability requirements.
Oversee architectural and interior design works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and interface details, including CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
Perform any other duties assigned by management to support project delivery.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture, preferably recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA).
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Manager in large‑scale building projects.
Strong experience in construction supervision of architectural works experience with high‑rise buildings (100m and above) is an advantage.
Solid understanding of architectural specifications, detailing, and coordination requirements.
Proven ability to manage architectural interfaces with structural, M&E, and other trades, including CCSM coordination.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide teams, resolve technical issues, and drive project outcomes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
