Job Description

Role Summary

Our Client is seeking a highly experienced Architectural Manager to lead the architectural delivery of a landmark 30-storey government institutional project. You will be the key lead for the Works, ensuring that all architectural and interior design elements are executed with precision, meeting stringent government regulations and high-complexity office/institutional specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Coordination: Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to manage all technical requirements and interface details.

  • Trade Management: Plan schedules and coordinate architectural trade work, finishes, and the interfacing of structural and M&E details.

  • Modeling & Design: Ensure all works align with the Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) and Reflected Ceiling Plans.

  • Submissions: Manage the timely submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements according to the project master schedule.

  • On-site Leadership: Coordinate on-site activities with subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and conduct routine inspections for quality and design compliance.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all works meet EHS requirements, quality standards, government regulations, and maintainability requirements.

  • Progress Monitoring: Track work progress against targeted schedules to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Degrees recognized by the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore are preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant local experience as an Architectural Manager.

  • Project Track Record: Proven experience in large-scale projects of similar complexity (Office, Institutional, or Mixed-Development with at least 50% office component).

  • Technical Height Experience: Experience in the construction supervision of high-rise buildings (at least 100m height) is a significant advantage.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of architectural specifications, interface details, and local authority requirements.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and subcontractors.
