Job Description

  • Lead and manage architectural design coordination for projects
  • Review architectural drawings, specifications and design submissions
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers and contractors
  • Ensure design quality, compliance and buildability on site
  • Resolve architectural and design-related issues effectively
  • Oversee architectural documentation and records management
  • Monitor design timelines and project milestones
  • Provide technical guidance to architectural team and site staff
  • Liaise with clients and authorities on architectural matters
  • Able to manage team and make design-related decisions
