Assess and review existing architectural designs, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure project completion aligns with contract requirements.
Manage architectural scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and analyze variances to initiate corrective actions.
Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for engineering and technical work.
Conduct technical meetings and maintain close collaboration with consultants.
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
Monitor the quality and progress of all project disciplines, ensuring production requirements are met.
Facilitate the recruitment, placement, and evaluation of architectural or engineering project staff.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture, preferably recognized by the BOA or an equivalent authority.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant project/site experience.
At least 3 years of experience in MRT/LTA projects is preferred.
