Senior QS (Interior/Hybrid)

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support interior fit-out and Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects across commercial, institutional, and high-end interior spaces. This role will be responsible for end-to-end cost management, from pre-contract to post-contract stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full spectrum of quantity surveying duties for interior fit-out and A&A projects

• Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and bills of quantities (BQ)

• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, and recommend award of contracts

• Administer contracts, including variation orders (VOs), progress claims, and final accounts

• Monitor project costs and cash flow to ensure alignment with budget and timelines

• Liaise closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors on cost-related matters

• Provide cost advice and value engineering solutions to optimize project outcomes

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out and/or A&A projects in Singapore

• Strong knowledge of local construction practices, contracts, and cost control processes

• Proven experience in handling subcontractor management, VO, and final accounts

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
