Our client, a renowned main contractor firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a M&E Assistant Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of M&E projects within data centre environments, ensuring successful execution from start to completion.
• Monitor project progress, cost, and schedule, ensuring timely delivery within budget and project specifications.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation to stakeholders.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements, conduct technical reviews, and propose value engineering solutions.
• Ensure all works comply with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Track project risks and challenges, providing timely updates and implementing effective solutions.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage project teams and contractors to drive performance and accountability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience managing data centre construction or M&E projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, cost control, and scheduling within a construction environment.
• Good knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Possession of a valid Electrician's Licence issued by the Energy Market Authority (EMA) is advantageous.

• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$10,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
