. Strong in Architecture, concepts & space planning

. Knowledge of URA guidelines

. Knowledge in design development set of detailed drawings

. Able to produce an entire set of tender drawings

. Knowledge of Auto-Cad / Sketch-up & Photoshop

. Knowledge in the selection of colours & materials

. Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity and initiative

. A good team player and possess good time management skills to meet multiple deadlines
