Technical Drawing Creation: Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using CAD software. Produce construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand the project requirements. Revise drawings based on feedback from team members and clients.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Stay updated on changes to building regulations and practices.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and project documents.
As-built drawings for building projects in compliance with the relevant authorities guidelines
Supporting the duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
3 years of relevant working experience
Good in AutoCAD
Well-versed in construction detailing / building regulations.
Familiarity with various building types and construction methods.
