Architectural drafter cum coordinator

Job Description

-Draw, generate & update all architectural works, shop drawings as and when required.

-Organizing, co-ordinating, supervising, directing, programming and monitoring the works for all architectural and finishing trade sub-contractors.

-Provide support and arrange for necessary inspections by Consultants and other relevant authorities.

-To resolve all site architectural and interior works coordination issues arising from the subcontractors installation works

-Ensure quality in Architectural works and QA/QC.

The Role

. Supervise architectural works and coordinate with the subcontractors and clients on matters of building construction and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards

. Conduct inspections with Consultants, arrange for necessary inspections as and when required.

. Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms.

. Review, update, coordinate and generate all architectural works, shop drawings as and when required.

. Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.

. Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural ID, Architectural and client provision.

. Coordinate with the Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolve related problems and issues, and advise Project Manager immediately.

. Responsible for ensuring that the project complies with regulations, which includes revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction.
