Architectural Draughtsman

Scope of duties:-

To be able to handle the design for Building works and ensure Client & Regulatory requirements are met

To prepare 3D drawings in AutoCad and/or REVIT format for approval & submission

To schedule for Project activities and inspection, as to ensure that targeted completion dates are met.

To attend site meetings and co-ordinate with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Vendors and relevant Authorities on all Project-related
matters.

Familiar to prepare documents for different Authorities Submission via Coronet

Must be a team player and able to do multi-tasking.

Must be a fast worker and meticulous in work
