The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a boots-on-the-ground approach, capable of managing diverse stakeholders, including consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities (BCA, MOM, NEA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including site mobilization, progress monitoring, and final handover.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers. Lead site meetings and provide regular progress reports.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all works comply with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.

  • Resource Coordination: Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure manpower and materials are optimized.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential delays or technical issues and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, or a related field (recognized by PE Board or BCA).

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the Singapore construction industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD.

  • Communication: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) to handle technical documentation and client presentations.
