Job Description

Coordinate design drawings to meet structural, functional, and regulatory requirements
Prepare detailed architectural layouts, elevations, sections, and construction drawings
Concept sketches and design drafts into precise technical drawings
Produce architectural, civil, and structural drawings based on approved design concepts
Perform mathematical calculations and apply construction principles to ensure drawing accuracy
Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Use AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit to create and maintain digital drawing files
Maintain version control and organized documentation of project drawing files
Conduct quality checks and drawing reviews to minimize errors before construction
Prepare technical documentation for permit submissions and regulatory approvals
Update drawings based on regulatory feedback, design revisions, or engineering requirements
Maintain consistency in line weights, symbols, and drafting conventions across project drawings
Revise drawings according to client, architect, or engineer feedback
