Job Summary
Lead architectural design and project execution while managing client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships to deliver successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development and oversee project execution to meet client requirements and quality standards
- Manage communication and collaboration with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and timely delivery
- Coordinate and supervise internal and external teams to optimize project workflow and resource allocation
- Utilize ARCHICAD software to create detailed architectural models and drawings for project planning and presentation
- Apply Photoshop skills to enhance visual presentations and support design proposals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of local architectural project experience
- Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
- Proficiency in ARCHICAD and Photoshop software
