Job Summary
You will lead design, execution, and management of architectural projects while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of architectural projects to meet client requirements and project goals
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project objectives
- Oversee and guide internal and external teams to maintain quality and productivity throughout project phases
- Utilize ArchiCAD and Photoshop software to develop and present architectural designs and visualizations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of local architectural project experience
- Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
