Job Scope
. Manage Day to Day of the retail/grooming business.
.Schedule grooming appointments and
. Greeting customers, answering questions related to the merchandise
. Assessing customers needs and suggesting solutions to their problems
. Working with cash registers and processing payments
. Setting and attaining sales goals
. Giving customers advice about sales and promotions
. Using upselling techniques to increase store sales
. Recommending the best products to customers
. Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing
. Plan, conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns
. Plan, execute, analyse and refine digital marketing campaigns (Social Media ads - Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc)
. Perform market research, identify trends, gain insights
. Devise and implement new ideas for marketing campaigns (Photos & Videos)
. Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase traffic (Offline and Online)
. Plan marketing mechanics every month and for every campaign
. Updating & management of site content for each of the ecommerce platforms
. Any other adhoc duties required
. Knows how to manage Google Ads, SEO, and others to boost company's presence.
Job Requirement
. At least a GCE O level certificate
. Required, MUST Love pets.
. Minimum of 1-2 years of equivalent work experience
. Required languages (s): English, Mandarin - in order to liaise with Chinese-speaking customer.
. Basic Photography skills for marketing campaigns
. Possess positive working attitude and able to multi-task
. Knowledge of dog breeds, pet products is an advantage
. Proficient in using, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
. Have a sense of urgency to work independently, self-discipline with minimum supervision required and a team player.
. Good interpersonal communication skills
