Architectural Designer

Responsibilities:

. Conceptualize and develop architectural concepts, designs, feasibility studies that meet client requirements and aspirations

. Establish medical planning and design parameters/principles

. Coordinate with other design professionals, including engineers and landscape architects, to integrate all aspects of the project design

. Work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage time efficiently across multiple projects

. Lead presentations to clients, effectively communicating design vision, and responding to feedback to refine project outcomes

. Competent in construction details, and able to do design development

. Ensure that all designs adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards

. Able lead and manage a team of architectural personnel

. Employ advanced design software tools such as Revit, Rhino, Illustrator, and Photoshop, AI software to generate detailed architectural drawings, models, and visual presentations.

Requirements:

. Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices

. Desired software proficiencies: Applicants are expected to possess comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with design and graphics software, specifically Revit, Rhino, Illustrator, and Photoshop, among others.

. Flair in design, ability to sketch fast and produce good design concepts

. Conversant with local codes and regulations.
