Job Responsibilities:
Discipline & Technical Delivery
Produce 2D detailed design drawings of buildings (e.g., control buildings, electrical and instrumentation buildings, workshops, warehouses, laboratory, blastresistant modules, TR shelters).
Produce layouts, GA drawings, sections/elevations, door/window/finishes/furniture schedules and bill of quantities.
Produce drawings showing blast and fire zoning layouts, fire & life safety egress plans, acoustic/thermal provisions, and architectural interfaces with HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, and piping.
Produce REVIT and E3D models of all buildings and architectural elements.
Attend 3D model review and clear clashes and punchlists.
Multi-Discipline Coordination
Coordinate with Structural, Civil, Piping/Layout, Mechanical/HVAC, E&I, Telecoms, Fire & Safety to resolve clashes.
Oversee BIM/3D model (Navisworks/Revit) integration and ensure modeltodrawing consistency.
Incorporate comments for architectural material submittals (doors, cladding, roofing, flooring, ceilings, insulation, coatings, blastrated assemblies).
Update asbuilt drawings.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of experience as architectural designer within oil & gas / petrochemical / energy projects, including detailed design on EPC/EPCI contracts.
Strong track record of multi-discipline coordination and BIM-enabled delivery.
Proficiency with: AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), E3D, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, Bluebeam, and office tools.
Familiar with 3D model reviews, clash detection and clearing of clashes and punchlists.
Working knowledge of material systems: insulated panels, blast-rated doors, architectural finishes suitable for corrosive environments.
