Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Project Manager to carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation.
- Manage outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing the presentation to management, clients, and stakeholders.
- Manage the Architectural consultants to meet project program, design deliverables, and Authority submission and timely approval.
- Review and add value to the designs/specifications/drawings submitted by consultants.
- Provide design and technical support/resolution to site queries/issues throughout Construction, as and when required.
- Conduct routine inspections on architectural works to ensure smooth progress & compliance with approved design and specification.
- Able to attend consultants meetings and reply to consultants as and when necessary.
- Coordinate & check all architectural drawings.
- Prepare & update drawings for submission.
- Coordinate with contractors to resolve technical construction details.
- Documentation & compliance.
- Willing to work on-site.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, recognized by the Board of Architects or Singapore PEB
- At least 2 years of related working experience in building construction, especially landed house projects.
- Possess a Qualified Professional license accredited by local authority board will be an added advantage.
- Conversant with local codes and authority submissions.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and has strong presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Sketch up.
- Strong leadership, coaching skills, and organising abilities.
