Architectural Coordinator (A1 main contractor)

Job Description

• Oversee the architectural aspects of a project from design development to construction completion.
• Work with the project team to develop and maintain timelines for project completion.
• Conduct and participate in site visits to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and ensure that the project is built according to plans and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior architects and CAD technicians
• Identify and resolve design conflicts or discrepancies in construction drawings and work closely with the construction team
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Architecture
• Minimum 2 years of architectural design and coordination experience with building projects
• Preferably experienced in working with A1 main contractors
