Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all architectural works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Oversee rectification and making-good works to ensure proper project completion
- Assist the Project Manager in daily site operations and coordination activities
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and discrepancies on site in a timely manner
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project team members to ensure smooth coordination of architectural works
- Monitor work progress and ensure works are carried out according to schedule
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Project Manager and project team
- Ensure proper handover of completed works in accordance with project completion timelines and requirements
