Architectural Coordinator

Key responsibilities

1. Coordinate between Consultants and Sub-contractors to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and technical drawings
2. Review and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to identify any discrepancies or construction challenges
3. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including drawings, site reports, and coordination schedules
4. Liaise with architects, engineers, and sub-contractors to resolve design-related issues and coordinate changes on-site
5. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure construction work aligns with architectural standards and project requirements
6. Support the senior project management team in ensuring all architectural requirements are met within project timelines and budgets
7. Coordinate site inspections with architects and relevant consultants to assess construction progress and quality compliance

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural coordination or a similar role within construction projects in Singapore
3. Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, CAD software, and building information modelling (BIM) principles
4. Proficiency in using design and coordination software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams
6. Strong organizational abilities with proven capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
7. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance in all coordination activities
8. Knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and construction standards
9. Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment
10. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve coordination issues promptly
