Job Description & Requirements
- Project administrations and architectural co-ordination which include preparation of floor layout drawings, shop drawings, door scheduling submission BIM systems and submissions
- Liaise with main contractors and consultants to ensure all the technical requirements are met where applicable
- Must be experienced & proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM and Autodesk and hands on in Autodesk docs , Autodesk build will be given preference
- Minimum of 6 years experience in Architectural Coordination & at least 3 years must be in Singapore
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's degree / Professional Degree in Architectural , Enginering (Civil) or equivalent
