Coordinate with consultants (architects, engineers, and designers) to ensure architectural details align with project requirements
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of architectural works
with building codes and project requirements
Attend site meetings and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities
Resolve discrepancies or conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) drawings
Assist in value engineering by recommending alternative materials, designs, or construction methods to improve cost efficiency
Ensure all architectural elements are constructed as per approved drawings and specifications
Conduct regular site inspections to check for compliance with BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations, URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) guidelines, and other local authorities
Ensure all work follows Singapore's construction standards, including BCA's Code of Practice
Prepare and submit necessary architectural-related documents and reports for regulatory approval
Ensuring workmanship quality and timely progress
Address technical issues and site constraints by liaising with consultants and contractors
Monitor and coordinate rectification works for defects and non-conformances
Ensure proper documentation of architectural works, including as-built drawings, material submissions, and warranty documents
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent
