- Assist the team leader in coordinating architectural works, ensuring compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical details, highlighting any discrepancies for resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage DAR submissions and approval documentation.
- Organize and participate in coordination meetings with contractors, LTA, AE, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee site installations, mock-up inspections, and trade demos to ensure alignment with project standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with a main contractor, having handled LTA projects.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage subcontractors effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
