ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

. Coordinates with subcontractors on matters of building construction and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards

. Able to work under pressure

. Assist PM and Site Manager to organize and deploy resource/material for project, attend site matters and complains related to project sites

. Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval

. Attend site meeting, monitor and supervise site Architecture works and liaise with consultants etc

. Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect

. Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation

. Oversee all architectural finishes work on site

. Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings

. Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation

. Coordinate with Architect, structural and M&E staff members and sub-contractor to resolve related issue

. Ensure quality of work is compliance to safety regulations

. Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels

. Any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

. Diploma/ Degree in Architectural/ Building construction

. Minimum 3 years of experience in construction industry

. Knowledge in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations

. Familiar with local standard quality implementation

. Auto CAD drafting experience is necessary

. Photoshop & Sketchup experience is an added advantage
