Architectural Coordinator

Job Description

.Lead in site coordination with all trades

.Prepare submission of shop drawing/materials/MOS

.Ensure work is construct in accordance with contract & drawings

.Liase with sub-contractors, suppliers & etc

.Carry out inspection/ trade demo/ material testing/ mock up

.Verify VO and prepare back charge

.Check & ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)

.Attend to archi materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants

.Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment

.Monitor and report on site progress in a timely manner

Requirements

.Degree/ Diploma in Civil or related discipline recognized by PE Board

.Relevant qualifications of certificates in structural and architectural discipline

.Min 3 years of relevant experience

.Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of work, high quality standards and minimal defects

.Good knowledge of archi specs and BCA quality requirement

.Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM
