Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and administer assigned training courses, including scheduling and logistics.
  2. Manage course registrations, enquiries, and training records.
  3. Provide on-site or virtual support for trainers and participants during training sessions.
  4. Assist in the preparation of training materials and promotional content.
  5. Support the organisation and execution of company bootcamps and training events.
  6. Perform course-related administrative duties, including basic reconciliation and reporting.
  7. Deliver prompt and professional support to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Carry out other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  5. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Location : Toa Payoh

5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays : 9.00am to 6.00pm
