Responsibilities
- Oversee architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, CCSM, and Reflected Ceiling Plans
- Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, M&E, and specialist works to ensure design intent is met
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal technical teams to resolve design and site coordination issues
- Raise and manage architectural technical clarifications to support smooth project execution
- Plan, lead, and coordinate subcontractors involved in architectural works
- Monitor site progress and workmanship quality in accordance with project requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of relevant post‑graduate experience in construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity in the local context
- Relevant working experience in both construction companies and consultant offices
- Proven experience coordinating architectural works in multi‑disciplinary construction projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural details and structural interfaces
- Familiarity with Singapore Codes of Practice and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in AutoCAD and preparation of construction drawings and documentation
- Experience working in BIM environments
- LTA MRT project experience is an added advantage
- Strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills to manage multiple subcontractors
- Analytical, self‑motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
