Architectural Coordinator

Responsibility:

-Conduct Subcontractor co-ordination meeting.

-Attend Consultant meeting.

-Supervise site project team.

-Schedule, monitor and supervise the overal progress of site work.

-Assist Senior Project Manager in planning, controlling and co-ordination of subcontractor's work.

-Knowledge with local code of practice, i.e R.I inspection, TOP application, CSC and Final Completion.

-Knowledge of Autocad software application and basic drafting.

Requirements:

-Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building

-Familar with all stages of construction activities
