Join our dynamic team as an Architectural Coordinator where you will play a key role in coordinating, detailing, and delivering high-quality architectural works. You will work closely with consultants, main contractors, and specialist trades to ensure smooth project execution while developing your technical and project management skills in a collaborative environment.
Design & Shop Drawing Coordination
Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings, construction details, and material submissions in line with contract requirements and approved design intent.
Ensure smooth interface between architectural works and other trades (structural, M&E, faade, specialist finishes).
Identify design discrepancies, potential clashes, and propose practical, constructible solutions.
Site & Technical Support
Provide on-site technical support during installation of architectural works, including setting-out, finishes, and workmanship quality.
Respond to RFIs and technical queries in collaboration with consultants and project teams.
Participate in site inspections, coordination meetings, and progress reviews to ensure high-quality execution.
Documentation & Compliance
Manage drawing registers, revisions, and submission tracking to maintain accurate records.
Ensure submissions comply with Singapore authority requirements, contract specifications, and project timelines.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise proactively with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and installers to ensure coordinated delivery.
Contribute ideas to improve design coordination, construction workflow, and installation efficiency.
Support the project team in delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards.
Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, or related discipline.
3-6 years of hands-on experience in architectural coordination within a sub-contractor or main contractor environment.
Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and installation methodology.
Proficient in AutoCAD experience with Revit/BIM is a plus.
Familiarity with Singapore construction practices, authority submissions, and project documentation standards.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
