Architectural Coordinator/Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. To be responsible for both design developmentand project coordination in building projects.

2. Involves creating drawings and 3D models usingtools like AutoCAD and Revit or Tekla, while also working closely witharchitects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are accurate andfeasible.

3. To prepare technical documents, reviewdrawings, resolve site issues, and make sure the project runs smoothly fromdesign to construction.

4. Provides the drafting and detailing servicesin:

a) Connection details

b) Steel Structural Details

c) Foundation Details

d) Shop Fabrication Drawings

e) Site Erection Marking Plans & Elevations

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural/MechanicalEngineering

2. Minimum Experience: 5 years related experiencein Steel Detailing/Coordination

3. Requires a mix of technical skills,communication, and attention to detail, along with a background in architectureor a related field.

4. Competent with Microsoft Office, AutoCad &Tekla Structures Software.
