Architectural Co-Ordinator

1 To prepare shop detail drawings for Client / Consultants approval.

2 To prepare services Architectural coordination drawings and obtain approval in time for construction.

3 Liasing with suppliers / sub-contractors to prepare and obtain approval for material submission.

4 Preparation of Architectural work method statements.

5 To liaise with Site Engineer and Consultants on design / detail requirements.

6 To advise on practicality and buildability in construction details

7 To follow the Company Integrated Management System (IMS) on documentation and control of drawings including easy retrieval.

8 To assist Project Manager and Site Engineer in preparing of sketch design drawing for consultant approval.

9 To check on shop working drawings submitted by Sub-Contractor / Specialist to ensure compliance with requirements.

10 To interpret structural, M&E drawings in conjunction with architectural drawings and specification.

11 Ensure that all the Architectural works are carried out in accordance to Drawings and Specifications.

12 To highlight and discuss the discrepancies between drawings, specification and / or contract documents to the Site Engineers.

13 To carry out site inspection with Project Manager, Site Engineer and Consultant to resolve discrepancies and details on site.

14 Monitoring of work progress.

15 Any other duties as instructed by the Management.
