Conduct regular site checks and takesappropriate corrective actions.
Compiles all relevant reports andrecords and carry out daily safety inspection.
Prepare necessary safety report asrequested.
Supervising and checking site work.Ensure all lifting gears, appliances, electrical equipment are inspected andrecords are up to date.
Implement rules and regulations forin house worker's dormitory.
Maintain a daily working relationshipwith the WSH team and with line management and supervision and subcontractorsrelative to their compliance with the provisions of the WSH and regulatoryrequirements.
To assist in the investigationaccident / incidents. Prepare monthly safety report.
Responsibility for all the sitematters including safety and other matters.
Perform duties in accordance to theroles and responsibility as stated in the Workplace Safety, Health, andEnvironment Management System.
Liaise and work closely withcontractors.
Monitor worker trainings, enrol andupdate of all workers related course or matters as directed by ProjectDirector / HR.
Conduct or assist in new hire andon-boarding, orientation and/or off-boarding, including interviewing workersconduct exit interview with HR and/or PD to identify reasons for termination.
