- Project management on site, facilitate to ensure smooth completion of project to be delivered on time.
- Manage on-site installation, supervision, and coordination of products, ensuring compliance with layout drawings and site specifications.
- Liaison & Communication: Act as the primary contact between customers, internal logistics teams, site workers, and designers.
- Scheduling & Tracking: Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and update timelines to ensure on-time completion.
- Order & Inventory Management: Place orders in the system, check stock availability, and manage logistics for products delivery.
- Material & Quality Inspection: Inspect products during site assembly, home staging, or fit-out to ensure they meet quality standards.
Job requirements
- GCE O level & above
- Some relevant project / onsite / outdoor experience
- Bilingual in both Mandarin & English - may require liaising with Chinese workers
- 5 days work (8.30am to 5.30pm) at Kaki Bukit Place
- Salary $3000 - $3300
