Architectural Associate

Responsibilities

You will be involved in the inception to completion of projects ranging from residential and industrial developments, commercial complexes, parks and other development projects both in the local and overseas markets.

Creating innovative design solutions starting from conceptualization, preparation of plans / graphics / documentation / write-ups to project specifications will be your forte.

You will interact with both internal and external stakeholders e.g. clients, consultants, contractors and workers on various design issues, submissions and the execution of the site works to ensure projects are carried out within contract agreement and schedule.

From time to time, you will be assigned with special tasks like participation in Design competition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Architecture with at least 5 years of local work experience
• Good knowledge of architectural practice, installation and maintenance procedure.
• Well versed in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop and Office software. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to communicate effectively in the written, oral and graphic form
• Good team player
• Able to multi-task and with good time management
