Collaborate with Project Directors on all areas of the architectural consultancy process including design, preparation of presentation materials, design documentation, project management and project administration.
Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
Oversee progress of on-site works and attend to site matters.
Ensure design quality and authority compliance.
Requirements
Master's degree in Architecture/Architectural Studies.
Registered Architect with Board of Architects Singapore preferred.
At least 3 years of professional experience in architectural consultancy. Must have experience in building projects for healthcare/medical industry.
Conversant with local building codes and regulations.
Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop.
