Handle design development, contract administration, authority submissions, pre-consultations, site
meetings and project meetings
- Good understanding of the project requirements & schedule
- Monitor the progress of the project to ensure that the targeted completion dates are met
- Ensure that the submissions are in compliance with all the requirement of authorities
- Able to understand BIM concepts and apply it on project
- Work closely with the project team in the co-ordination, organisation & preparation of documentations
and drawings
Requirements
- Possess at least Degree in Architecture or its equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in drafting software such as Revit, AutoCad, SketchUp
- Familiar with local standards, project implementations & building codes
- Registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore preferred
- Positive working attitude with good time management
