Job Description:
- To work on architectural and interior design proposals and presentations.
- Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, elevation and detail drawings .
- Monitoring design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea.
- Set up a working drawing, authority submission and construction drawings.
- Involve in site measurement, layout plan & selection of material used.
- Project management - communication and coordination with client, consultants, etc.
- Preparing and producing construction documents and specifications
- In charge of the overall coordination of the project from design to completion: Co-ordinate with fellow consultants for the design development project / Attend technical site meeting with contractor to resolve construction related issues on site.
Requirements:
Experience in commercial and residential design work projects will be an advantage
- Candidates with 6 months training or internship experience in relevant industry may apply .
- Required Skill(s): Hands-on CAD literacy essential (AutoCad), Photoshop, SketchUp tc.
- Strong self-management skill.
- Singaporeans only.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (In order to coordinate with the Mandarin-speaking clients & contractors.
