Architectural Assistant

Handle design development, contract administration, authority submissions, pre-consultations, site

meetings and project meetings

. Good understanding of the project requirements & schedule

. Monitor the progress of the project to ensure that the targeted completion dates are met

. Ensure that the submissions are in compliance with all the requirement of authorities

. Able to understand BIM concepts and apply it on project

. Work closely with the project team in the co-ordination, organisation & preparation of documentations

and drawings

Requirements:

. Possess at least Degree in Architecture or its equivalent

. Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience

. Proficiency in drafting software such as Revit, AutoCad, SketchUp

. Familiar with local standards, project implementations & building codes

. Registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore preferred

. Positive working attitude with good time management
