Architectural Assistant

About The Role

• You will be working on various local projects to collaborate in a teamwork environment to design, document and deliver excellent architecture. You will interface with external clients, consultants and stakeholders to complete project tasks independently or with the team.
• Involvement in concept design, design development, preparation of drawings and models
• Assist in project execution and administration throughout the project cycle
• Work with clients, consultants and other stakeholders
• Assist to ensure that the building plans meet the necessary building codes and regulations

Requirements

. Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related fields

. Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural experience preferred

. Experience in Public Housing projects preferred

. Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices

. Conversant with local codes & regulations

. Knowledge of Autocad, Revit

. Good communication skills and positive attitude
