As a Architectural Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support project teams in delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in managing multiple projects from design through to completion under supervision.
- Contribute to the preparation of drawings and BIM model development, including submission drawings, detailed and construction drawings, clash detection, and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate and prepare submissions to authorities, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while liaising with relevant agencies under the direction of senior team members.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering
