Preparation of tender, design and construction drawings
Coordinate architectural drawings and works.
Coordination works with Architect, consultants and relevant authorities to ensure works and submissions are in compliant with authorities codes and regulations.
Coordinate and prepare authorities submission forms, drawings and information for pre-consultation, waivers and approval
Remain constantly updated with drafting technology and authorities prevailing codes and regulations to maintain technical competency and knowledge.
Submission of drawings to the authorities for approvals
Familiar with Singapore Code of Practice and local authority codes. with SCDF Fire Safety Acts, Codes and Regulations
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field
Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, BIM, Revit and AutoCAD is a must.
Understand Singapore BIM standards and guides
Familiar with Singapore standards and e-submission (CORENET)
Pro-active team player with good analytical and communication skills
Able to work independently, ability to multi-task and have a strong sense of responsibility
Conversant in Singapore's Codes of Practices and Regulations for the built environment, authorities submission process including Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) & Completion of Statutory Certificate (CSC) submission and clearances
