With a network of international studios fostering innovation across Asia and Europe, our client's Singapore studio is a hub for creativity, collaboration, and boundary-pushing design.

The Role:

We are seeking a Qualified Architect /Senior Architect to become a pivotal part of the Singapore studio's management team. You will work in close partnership with the Director and project teams to lead the design development and technical delivery of high-profile projects across multiple sectors, including Infrastructure/Transport, Data Centres, and large-scale commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Design Delivery: Drive projects from concept brief through to construction completion, translating visionary ideas into precise, buildable solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Produce and oversee high-quality 2D/3D drawing packages (Revit/AutoCAD) and detailed construction plans, ensuring rigorous compliance with Singapore building codes and regulations.
• Champion Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between directors, clients, consultants, and contractors. Proactively manage evolving project requirements with clear communication and agile problem-solving.
• Innovate & Improve: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and mentorship within the team.

Your Profile:

• A registered Architect with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore
• 6-8+ years of architectural experience
• Demonstrated expertise in Singapore Building Systems, Regulations (BCA), and local construction methodologies.
• Software Mastery: Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. Advanced skills in Rhino and Grasshopper are highly advantageous.
• A solutions-oriented professional with a positive, proactive attitude and an unwavering commitment to design and technical quality.
